About First GP Wallsend
Skin Cancer Doctor
Dr. Sri graduated from the University Ruhunu Sri Lanka in 1996 and He initially came to Australia for further study at Deakin University Melbourne in 2006.
He initially worked in rural remote NSW, whilst working as a Country GP he studied for Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and passed the FRACGP.
In 2011 He moved to the Hunter / Newcastle region and through his passion for skin medicine, continued to study in skin disease, skin cancer medicine, surgery, aesthetic medicine and has undergone multiple training courses including Australian Skin Cancer College advanced certificates.
He has a passion for skin cancer surgery, general skin disease and has realised his dream to establish a one stop skin care and general practice clinic.
Over 6 years of general practice in Wallsend NSW, Dr Sri has performed many skin surgeries. He has established FirstGP Skin Clinic and Family Medical Practice in September 2018.
He is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australia and an accredited skin cancer doctor.
